Biography
Prof Wandrag is currently Head of the Mercantile and Labour Law Department, where she specializes in Corporate Law and International Trade, International Business and Investment Law. Her main research interest is Foreign Investment Law and Regulation. She recently presented papers and published particularly in the area of Investment Regulation within a regional context as well as on the link between Investment Regulation and the opportunities created by Climate Change requirements as well as the harmonization of contract laws in OHADA and SADC.
