Biography
Mr Baxter is a lecturer in ICT department at the Vaal University of Technology (VUT). He holds a MTech: IT from VUT and is involved with teaching Information Systems to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year IT students and supervising B-Tech Project Students. Presently acting as Head of Department for Information and Communication Technology.
