Biography
Mr. Peter Douglas St. John Bacon is no longer Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. The Other directorships include: Chairman of the National Sea Rescue Institute. Peter was previously with the Sun International group of companies for thirty-four years. He was chief executive of Sun International’s South African operations from 1993 and group chief executive for the last four years of his employment with the group. He joined the Board in 2006. He is a member of the audit and remuneration committees.
