Biography
Mr. Hubert Rene Brody is an Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He a Chartered Accountant by profession. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Imperial Holdings. Hubert has also previously held a number of senior and executive positions in the Imperial group including serving as the Financial Director of Imperial Bank. He has served in executive roles at ABSA Group, Group Five Properties and First National Bank. He currently serves as a non-executive director of Imperial Holdings, Mix Telematix and Comair Limited.
