Biography
Mark heads up Technical Customer Operations, Business Development and Partnerships at 3scale. Previously VP Products at NTRGlobal group, he was responsible for product management, portfolio planning, and usability engineering for SaaS solutions. Before that he was HP Software’s global head of Product Management for the IT Management business unit. Mark holds a degree in Software Engineering from the University Of Birmingham, UK and an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
