Biography
Belén leads Catalonia operations. She has a deep experience in Executive Search. Before Ackermann International, she founded her own consultant firm and she was Partner at Alexander Hughes, Director at Signium International, Senior Associate at Heidrick & Struggles, Consultant at Seeliger y Conde and Human Resources professional at PepsiCo and Accenture. Her areas of expertise are Professional Services (consulting, financial institutions, legal and capital risk) FMCG, Industry, Pharmaceuticals and e-commerce. Belen graduated in pedagogy and has a Master’s Degree in executive development, emotional intelligence and coaching, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Graphology.
