Biography
Born in Torrelavega (Cantabria), in 1943. Degree in medicine and surgery from the Complutense University and specialized in Psychiatry at the same University. Professional experience: He has developed all his professional activity as a psychiatrist at Lopez-Ibor clinic. He is also author of numerous research reports in scientific journals and presentations at international congresses. Former Board member of Grupo Dragados, Iberpistas S.A. and Autopistas AUMAR, S.A.
