Anne Kennedy

Biography

Anne Kennedy is Senior Vice President, Chief Transformation Officer, of Alexion. In her role, Ms. Kennedy is responsible for overseeing global transformation. Since joining Alexion in 2016, her focus has been on strengthening business processes, integrating controls, enhancing systems and defining organization structures and capabilities on behalf of patients in all countries where Alexion does business.Ms. Kennedy is an executive with twenty-five years of experience in transformation leadership, corporate planning, program design and implementation, operations, business process improvement and information technology. Before joining Alexion, she was a Senior Advisor with McKinsey, Acting Transformation Officer at S&P Global, and held leadership positions at Tyco International with responsibility for their enterprise programs and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.Ms. Kennedy earned a master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
