Biography
Carlo Stimamiglio spent his early career in a multi-billion Italian asset management firm, where he was responsible for risk management, financial analysis and alternative investments in both equities and fixed income securities. Carlo later joined an investment banking boutique, where he advised mid-market private equity firms in a variety of international transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and financial restructuring projects.
Research Interest
Since joining Alira Health, Carlo has been engaged with strategy consulting and M&A mandates for medical devices, capital equipment and pharmaceutical companies, in the United States and Europe. Carlo holds a MS in Finance from the University of Verona and an MBA from IE Business School.
