Margaret K. Carlson has served in a CFO/COO capacity for professional services firms in the private, public and non-profit sectors. Margaret received her BA and MBA from Duke University and has previous management experience at Health Advances, Colliers International, Pathfinder International, and the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers.
Research Interest
With over 20 years’ experience in operations strategy and execution for both domestic and international companies, Margaret has led major initiatives in business process improvement, IT strategy development and execution, compensation and performance management, and financial management, with a strong focus on excellence in client service.
