Biography
Studied at the Universidad Politècnica de Catalunya (Industrial Engineer) and at the University of Stanford (MBA), he also has over 12 years´ experience in the pharmaceutical sector, having worked internationally in various countries. He has held senior positions at Pfizer and at Almirall, specifically in the areas of Licensing, Business Development and Country Management, having led the negotiations of various product and company acquisitions while at Almirall, such as the German company Hermal and a specific business unit of Shire Pharmaceuticals in the UK. He was named General Manager of Almirall´s affiliate in the UK and Ireland since its creation, developing and consolidating the affiliate. After his activities in the pharmaceutical sector, he worked in the automotive industry as an expert in industrial organisation. Since 2014 he has collaborated with a capital risk company identifying and evaluating opportunities in the fields of digital health and medical (medicine) technology.
