Biography
Mr. Thomas F. (Tom) McKillop serves as Independent Director of Almirall, S.A. since May 29, 2007. He is Chairman of the Company's Nominating and Remuneration Committee. He has also served as Board Member of Lloyds Banking Group PLC, Amersham PLC, BP PLC, Evolva Holding SA and UCB SA; CEO and Board Member of AstraZeneca PLC, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC. He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy degree in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, both from the University of Glasgow.
