Senior Vice-president, Corporate Marketing and Head, Corporate Marketing Center of Excellence in Estée Lauder Companies, Inc. Member of the Board at The MIT Sloan School of Management and of the Advisory Board of 20 First. In the past Ms. Garinois-Melenikiotou held different executive positions at Johnson & Johnson for more than 25 years, and also worked for Ortho Pharmaceutical Corporation, and for Public Power Corporation, S.A. in Greece.
