Biography
He has been Clinical Head of the Hospital del Mar in Barcelona and has subsequently developed his career in major public sector positions: General Director of the National Plan on Drugs in the Ministry of Health, Deputy Minister of Culture, Deputy Minister of Social Affairs and expert in the Secretariat-General of the European Commission. He was also a delegate in Madrid of the Government of the Generalitat de Catalunya.His experience in the private sector has focused on the sectors of ICT, Health and Renewable Energy. Has been VP of Terra Lycos, President of Eolia Tarraco, a member of the Advisory Board of Indra, promoter of eDiagnostic Telemedicine Society, and member of the Board of Mémora. Today he serves in the advisory boards of innovative companies in the above-mentioned areas. He is Vice President of the Pasqual Maragall International Alzheimer Foundation.
