She has more than 10 years of experience in Oncology Research with a proven track record in Academia and in Biotech companies. She started my professional career in R&D at several research centers and then moved to industry working in innovative biotech companies. Her expertise and experience covers a broad range of skills including Molecular Biology, the development of In Vitro Diagnostics products and Technology Transfer. She is highly motivated and committed individual, who is effective within teams as well as working independently, with excellent communication and inter-personal skills which allows to create value within role as well as the organization.
