Biography
Dra. Herreros has more than 13 years of basic and clinical research experience. Prior to joining Amadix, she was Research Associate at the Division of Oncology Research at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN, USA) where she developed original projects in pancreatic cancer and clinical trials. Moreover, she held a postdoctoral position at the Oncology Department at Burgos University Hospital (Burgos, Spain), where she was responsible for genetic diagnostic oncology testing in colorectal cancer and was a Research Fellow at CNIO (Madrid, Spain) and the Institute of Biomedicine (León, Spain) where she focused on molecular and cellular oncology. Before she completed her PhD degree at the Molecular Biology and Biotechnology Department at the Institute of Biomedicine, University of León (León, Spain), she held positions in several biotechnology companies.
