Biography
Mr Santiago holds a degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and carried out postgraduate studies at INSEAD and Georgetown University. He is currently Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of First Reserve Corporation. Before this, he was at General Electric in different executive positions, including Senior Vice President of GE and President and CEO of GE Oil & Gas, a $15 billion revenue oilfield service business.
