Biography
Mr Mata has a degree in Economics from the University of Geneva and an MBA from IESE (Barcelona). Mr Mata has occupied many Board positions of companies and organisations including a Director of Unión Fenosa (Gas Natural), Unión Fenosa Soluziona S.A., and Abertis Infraestructuras S.A., where he was also Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is currently Chairman of the Advisory Board of KPMG Spain and of Quironsalud. He is also on the Boards or Advisory Committees of several other organisations and private companies in Spain.
