Biography
Mr Conde Viñuelas has a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a postgraduate degree in European Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is a specialist in Corporate and Business law, Capital Markets and M&A and is a Partner in the Madrid offices of Osborne Clark. Previously, he was a Partner at Pérez-Llorca and worked at Uría Menéndez in Spain and Chile. He is also a lecturer at several universities and is a regular speaker at conferences.
