Biography
Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona. Much of his professional career has been developed in the field of financial and fiscal advice, having been a member of several collective law firms in Barcelona. He has a Master's Degree in Tax Law and has specialized courses and seminars, also within the biotechnology business sector (negotiation for biotechnology directors, business development, strategic management of industrial property, etc.). At the end of the 90s he began to advise ARCHIVEL TECHNOLOGIES, SL , founding member of ARCHIVEL FARMA, as an external consultant and in October 2008 he joined the "staff" of ARCHIVEL FARMAas Financial Director, being at the same time Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors. He has participated in the lifting of various rounds of financing of the company and has negotiated with different public bodies the obtaining of loans in order to face the development needs of the RUTI®vaccine . Since January 2012, he has been the Director General, taking over his predecessor, Mr. Luis Ruiz-Ávila.
