Over 25 years of experience in Executive Search. Life Sciences, Biopharma, Healthcare Services & Medical Technology specialist José Antonio García´s extensive knowledge of the specificities and leadership needs of organizations has allowed him to lead the Executive Search for both national and international projects successfully. Always with a clear objective: finding the best talent to build leadership and innovative organizations. In addition to his expertise in The Healthcare Industry, José Antonio has an extensive knowledge in The Technology Industry, which brings an additional insight and a strategic value to manage our clients digital transformation. Founding Partner at Ackermann International and previously at Accetis International. His past positions include Director of Accetis International, Manager of the Telecommunications and Healthcare sectors of Nicholson International and Senior Consultant in Research-Consulting. Jose Antonio holds a Degree in Political Science and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid, PADE from IESE, Master’s Degree in HR Management (University Institute, Complutense University of Madrid) and Master’s Degree in Total Quality (Madrid Chamber of Commerce). He has also worked as a professor at CEF (Centro Estudios Financieros).
