Biography
F. Javier Señoráns holds a PhD in Sciences and has developed his research and teaching career in the field of Food Science and Technology for more than 25 years in different Spanish research centers and at the University of Uppsala in Sweden. twelve years he is Full Professor in Food Technology of the Autonomous University of Madrid.
Research Interest
Food chemistry, analytical chemistry, chromatography, chemical analysis, anioxident, lipid extraction.
