ohn Borer III, J.D., is the Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at the Benchmark Company, LLC. He was formerly the CEO and Head of Investment Banking at Rodman & Renshaw, and has held senior positions at Pacific Business Credit and Barclays American Business Credit. He holds a Doctor of Law degree (J.D.) from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
