Biography
Dr. Floss has been a member of Biotest AG's Board of Directors since 2013. He previously served as Director of Plasma Protein Operations (since 2008) and Chief Executive Officer of Biotest Pharmaceuticals Corporation in Boca Raton (2011/2012). Between 1999 and 2008 he served at CSL Behring GmbH, taking over responsibility for the entire manufacturing division in Marburg in 2005. His early professional experiences include manufacturing, as well as research and development of veterinary medicine at Bayer AG, and jobs as director of factory production and Director of Technical Production Management at Hoechst Roussel Veterinär GmbH. Dr. Floss received his doctorate in virology after graduating in veterinary medicine.
