Biography
She was born in Albacete in 1972. She holds a degree in Pharmacy (1995) and PhD in Pharmacy (1999) from the Complutense University of Madrid. His doctoral thesis was "Brochure study of alajú, alfajores and nougat hard and soft", for which he obtained the Extraordinary Doctorate Award. Honorary Associate of the Department of Nutrition and Bromatology II: Bromatology of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1995 to 2002, during which time she taught in the Faculties of Pharmacy and Veterinary Medicine. In the course 2001-2002 was contracted by the University of Castilla La Mancha as Associate Professor to teach in the Degree in Science and Technology of Food. Worked as Official Public Health Pharmacy (2004-2006) and as Pharmaceutical Sanitary Inspector (2006-2012) in the Peripheral Services in Albacete of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Community of Castilla La Mancha.
