Biography

She was born in Albacete in 1968. She holds a Doctorate in Law from the UCLM (1997), a Master's Degree in Health Law and Bioethics from the UCLM (2011), accredited to the University Professors Corps (March 2013). Full Professor UCLM Administrative Law. He teaches in the Faculties of Law, Pharmacy, and in the years 2009-2012 in Medicine, of the UCLM, as well as in the Master in Sanitary Law and Bioethics UCLM from the edition of 2011 until today. As a relevant professional activity: Researcher of the EUROPLAN II Project: " European Project for Rare Diseases National Plan Development " 2012-2015, (ENCERD Joint Action , European Commission -DGSAMCO- Agency for Health and Consumer , Max Weber Institute, FEDER- Spain) . Member of Group II: "Definition, codification and registration of Rare Diseases" (appointment: July 2014). Legal Adviser of the Spanish Association of Mastocytosis Patients and the Foundation of Mastocytosis Patients and the Association of Rare Diseases of Castilla-La Mancha; Treasurer of the Jurists Association of Health (since June 2013).
