Biography
Dr. Javier Lázaro Polo (La Carlota, Córdoba, 1976) is an associate professor and coordinator of the course "Pathologies of the Respiratory System" that is taught in the fourth year of the Degree of Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine of Ciudad Real, University of Castilla-la mancha (UCLM). Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Córdoba (1994-2000) and specialist in Pneumology, obtained via MIR between July 2001 and July 2005 at Virgen del Rocío University Hospital. He has completed his training with a specialization in Bronchiectasis from the University of Alcalá and has completed his Master's degree in Clinical Units from the University of Murcia. Since 2006, he works as a Specialist in the Pneumology Area at the General University Hospital of Ciudad Real (HGUCR). Member of the Non - Invasive Mechanical Ventilation Committee (NIMV) and the Committee of Thoracic Tumors of the HGUCR since 2009. He has participated as a teacher in several courses of VMNI and is the author of several chapters of books, magazine articles, and conference communications.
