Biography
Graduate in Medicine (1983) and Doctor in Medicine and Surgery (1995) by the Complutense University of Madrid. Master's degree in Social Gerontology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (1995). Diploma in Health and Higher Diploma in Research Methodology. Specialist in Geriatrics. Geriatrician in Day Care Centers, Residencia Assistida de Ciudad Real and, currently, Specialist Geriatrics Area of ​​the General University Hospital of Ciudad Real. Associate Professor of Geriatric Nursing at the School of Nursing of Ciudad Real (1991-1997) Geriatrics and Statistics for Health Sciences (2003-2014) at the Faculty of Nursing. Collaborating Professor with the University of Córdoba in the Doctoral Program (1998-2006). Research activity in Geriatrics research lines: line in infectious pathology, endocrinology, applications of artificial intelligence as support for chronic diseases with several projects funded at the level of the Ministry of Science and Innovation.
