Biography
Dr. Francisco Javier Redondo Calvo (1976) holds a degree in Medicine from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Hospital 12 de Octubre, Madrid). Title of Specialist in Anesthesiology, Resuscitation and Pain Therapy (University Hospital La Paz, Autonomous University of Madrid). Doctor of Medicine from the Autonomous University of Madrid. Award for the best doctoral thesis by FISCAM (Foundation for research in Castilla-La Mancha). Master's Degree in Research Methodology in Health Sciences. Advanced Life Support Instructor. Tutor of Residents of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation at the General University Hospital of Ciudad Real, from the year 2006 to the present. He has directed and tutored research grants in collaboration with the University of Cordoba (Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of Córdoba) and two doctoral theses (UCLM). He has obtained research grants at national and regional level. Associate professor at the UCLM, member of the team that teaches the subject "Pharmacology, Anesthesia and Nutrition", in charge of the area of ​​Anesthesiology and Reanimation. He has published several national and international articles; He is also author of the books: "Chest Radiology in the Critical Patient (Aula Médica, 2008)", "Non-invasive mechanical ventilation with Helmet in perioperative medicine (Aula Médica, 2009)," Medical science in the Spanish navy of the 19th century.
