Biography
Dr. José Antonio Garrido Martín (Córdoba, 1957) is an associate professor of the subject "Dermatology" that is taught in the fourth year of the Medicine Degree in the Faculty of Medicine of Ciudad Real, University of Castilla-la mancha (UCLM ). Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Córdoba in 1980. He completed the Residency in Medical-Surgical Dermatology and Venereology at the University Hospital of Salamanca from 1985 to 1988. He obtained the Diploma of Advanced Studies by the University of Córdoba in 2009 . From January of 1990 works as Facultative Specialist of Area of ​​Dermatology Medical-Surgical and Venereology in Ciudad Real. He was Coordinator of the Dermatology Unit from 1995 to 2002 in the Ciudad Real Hospital Complex and Medical Subdirector of the Surgical Area from 2002 to 2006 at the General University Hospital of Ciudad Real. He is a member of the Spanish Academy of Dermatology and Venereology. Author and co-author of various national and international publications and several papers and scientific communications. He has participated in the MIR training of Family Medicine since 1992 and from 2010 to 2014 has been Tutor of Resident Physicians of Dermatology.
