Biography
His field of research is Roman archeology, especially in Catalonia and also in the Valencian Country. His studies focus mainly on territorial aspects and the trade of ceramics. Doctor from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (1992), he has worked as a scholarship holder, researcher hired and professor in the field of archeology and ancient history at the Higher Council for Scientific Research (centers of Madrid and Rome), at the University of Girona, the Autonomous University of Barcelona and the Jaume I University of Castellón. He also has short stays in England (The Museum of London) and France (University of Paris, Sorbonne, and University of Aix-en-Provence). He is the author of a hundred specialized studies, including three books on the marketing of late-Roman ceramics,
