Biography
Alejandro Caparrós is Director and Scientific Investigator in the Institute of Policies and Public Goods of the Superior Council of Scientific Investigations (CSIC), and Associated Professor in the Carlos III University. He has previously worked for the CNRS in France and has visited the Universities of Berkeley, Göttingen, Paris-East, Paris II, Exeter and Bath. His research is focused on environmental economics, including the analysis of international negotiations on global public goods, pollution control, green national accounting, environmental assessment and carbon fixation by forests.
