Biography
PhD in Political Science from the UCM and the Ortega y Gasset University Research Institute (IUIOG). Degree in Political Science and Sociology (UCM) and in Law (UNED). Master in Organization and Human Resources (ESIC). She has been a researcher at the Department of Government and Administration of the IUIOG (1994-1998) and Professor of Political Science and Public Administration at the Rey Juan Carlos University (1995-2007) and the Autonomous University of Madrid (2007-2008). He directed the Master in International Relations and Cooperation with Latin America (URJC). He directed the Observatory of Quality of Services in the Agency for the Evaluation of Policies and Quality of Services (AEVAL, Ministry of Territorial Policy). She was the writing secretary of the Spanish Journal of Political Science (2005-2007).
