Biography
Zoé Boyer obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Barcelona in 2015. Before her graduation, she spent a year doing an internship in the field of human metabolism. In 2016, she obtained a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnological Industry from the University Pompeu Fabra. During her Master’s internship in a pharmaceutical company, she became acquainted with viral safety in the production of plasma derivatives and participated in the development of a new method for Human Parvovirus B19 titration by infectivity. Currently, Zoé is carrying out her PhD project at the Center of Regenerative Medicine in Barcelona (CMR[B]) studying the process of heart regeneration in zebrafish under the direction of Dr. Ángel Raya.
