Ignacio Pinilla Rodríguez

Biography

 Mr. Ignacio Pinilla Rodríguez was born in Madrid and is a State Attorney. He practiced as State Attorney in the Ministries of Health and Economy and Finance. After his passage through the Administration, he obtained his leave of absence, and since then he has devoted himself to the company's internal legal counsel, having held, among others, the positions of General Secretary of the Portland Iberia Cement Company, Secretary of the Board of Directors and Director of the Legal Advisory of Aeronautical Constructions and Iberia Líneas Aéreas in Spain. In 2001, he joined Cepsa as Director of the Legal Department. After the takeover of 100% of Cepsa's capital by IPIC, he is appointed Director General of the Corporate Legal Advice. At the meeting of the Board of Directors on January 31, 2012 he is appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors and of the Audit, Compliance and Ethics Committee . He is also a member of the Steering Committee, the three Audit, Compliance and Ethics Operating Committees and the Investment Committee. In July 2016, he was appointed Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Cepsa Foundation.
