Biography
Mr. José Téllez Menchén is a lawyer, holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) and a Master's degree in Legal Counseling from the Instituto de Empresa. Mr. Téllez began his professional career at Ernst & Young Abogados (EY) in January 2000, specializing in commercial law and corporate reorganization operations, as well as providing legal advice on M & A, including transnational transactions. In 2008, he joined the position of Senior Associate, focusing exclusively on the areas of his specialization: Commercial Law and Mergers and Acquisitions. In September 2014, CEPSA was incorporated as Legal Officer for Corporate and Corporate Affairs as well as the Deputy Secretary of the Board, and on October 24, 2014, he was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors and the Audit, Compliance and Ethics . In July 2016 he was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Cepsa Foundation.
