Biography
Marina has 15 years of experience in HR. Since joining Ciklum in 2005, she has helped to grow the number of employees from 90 to over 2500 and built a strong team of HR professionals. Marina has great dedication and through her efforts Ciklum has earned a reputation of the best place to work and grow, with distinctive identity and culture. Today Marina focuses on Ciklum’s OD, driving the required organizational change, to ensure alignment and engagement across Ciklum at all levels. She is also responsible for our corporate social responsibility activities, loyalty and education programs. Before joining Ciklum, Marina worked in EMC/Documentum and Terralink, companies, she has diplomas in Mathematics and Psychology from Voronezh State University in Russia, as well as a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics from UMASS, Amherst, USA.
