Biography
Graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Navarra in 1980. Specialist in Phoniatrics and Audiology (1986) by the Faculty of Medicine of Besancon (France). Audioprotesist Technician by the Professional School of Clot (Barcelona), 1988. Collaborator of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of the University of Navarra Clinic and coordinator of the Cochlear Implants Program of the Audiology Area. Research Areas Lines of investigation: Cochlear Implants, Bone Conduction Implants, Active Middle Ear Implants, and Brainstem Implants for the stimulation of the auditory pathway. Telemedicine and hearing. He participates or has participated as research member in 9 projects and as principal investigator in 7 projects. He has participated as speaker in more than 80 international congresses and more than 40 national ones.
