Biography

    Graduate (1987) and Doctor of Medicine (2002) by the University of the Basque Country. Specialist in Allergology at the Santiago Apóstol Hospital in Vitoria-Gasteiz (1993). Master's Degree in Bioethics from the University of Navarra (2007).   Since 2006, medical specialist of the Department of Allergology of the Clinic University of Navarra. Research Areas It is part of the thematic network of cooperative research ARADYAL, which brings together teams of researchers in Spain who work in allergy to food and medicines. Member of the SEAIC Medication Allergy Committee. He is currently directing a patent research bioengineering project, which seeks to develop a new reading system for allergy testing. He directs several lines of research in drug allergy. Participates in the main projects that are developed in the Department of Allergology on food allergy and search for new forms of immunotherapy. He coordinates several research teams with the departments of Anesthesia, Dermatology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases and Otorhinolaryngology. He participates in several clinical trials with new molecules for the treatment of atopic dermatitis, bronchial asthma and urticaria. ACTIVITY   As a teacher Professor Contracted Doctor in the subject of Allergology. School of Medicine. University of Navarra. As researcher More than 50 publications in international journals and more than 50 in national journals and book chapters.
