Biography
Graduate (1977) and Doctor (1986) in Medicine and Surgery by the University of Navarra. Specialist in Urology (1982). He completed his training with a Fellow of European Board of Urology (1992). Director of the Urology Department of the University of Navarra Clinic. Research Areas Member of the Editorial Board of Archivos Españoles de Urología. Principal investigator in 8 projects obtained in competitive calls, including an FIS project. Collaborating researcher in 1 European project (BMH4-97-2586) in collaboration with the Department of Neural Plasticity of the CSIC. Researcher in 2 clinical trials (1 Phase II, 1 Phase III) with molecules for their clinical application in urological pathology. Active evaluation member of ANEP (cod.1059) since 1999. Reviewer of 2 journals of the specialty (1 in the Editorial Committee) and reviewer of abstracts of the European Association of Urology (since 2012).
