    Degree in Food Science and Technology at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2008).   Diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2005).   University graduate in Nutrition and Obesity at the University of Navarra (2006).   University graduate in Hospital Nutrition at the University of Navarra (2009).   Stay at the Joslin Diabetes Clinic in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2012, in the Latino Project Visitor Program.   Doctor of the Complutense University of Madrid. Doctoral Program in Nutrition (2014).   Research Areas His research work has been developed in the areas of diabetes and obesity.
