Biography

    Graduate (1977) and Doctor (1986) in Medicine and Surgery by the University of Navarra. Specialist in Endocrinology and Nutrition at the University of Zaragoza (1981).   Clinical research fellow (1982-83) in the Department of Medicine of the Welsh National School of Medicine (Heath Hospital) in Cardiff (Great Britain). Research Areas Network Coordinator of Pathophysiology and treatment of obesity. Carlos III Institute. Member of CIBER Obesity and Nutrition, led by Dr. Gema Frübeck, Clinic University of Navarra   ACTIVITY   As a teacher Associate Professor of Endocrinology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Navarra.   He has directed around a dozen research projects. As researcher He has written more than 150 papers, collaborated in more than 200 books and national and international magazines.   It has organized about twenty congresses and has participated in more than 200 national and international.
