Specialist in General and Digestive Surgery (1977-1980), Clínica Universidad de Navarra, and in Child Surgery (1980). Clinical specialist of the General and Digestive Surgery Service of the Colo-proctology Area. Director of the General and Digestive Surgery Service. Research Areas He has participated in several research projects of public and private entities. ACTIVITY As a teacher Adjunct professor of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Navarra. As researcher In recent years he has collaborated in the production of 20 publications in specialized scientific journals.

Oncologic surgery: rectal cancer and colon cancer. Multidisciplinary treatment of colorectal cancer.
