Biography
Specialist in Palliative Care by the University of Deusto. Master's Degree in Humanization of Medicine from the University of Geneva (Switzerland) and Varese (Italy). He completed his training in Palliative Medicine at the Palliative Care Unit of the University of Edmonton (Canada) and at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston (USA). In September of 2006 defended his doctoral thesis on the syndrome of "burnout" in palliative care professionals.
