Biography
Bachelor (1999) and Doctor (2011) in Medicine by the University of Navarra. Specialist in Neurology by the Clinic University of Navarra (2004). In 2011 he held a one-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Alzheimer's Disease Research Center at the University of Pittsburgh (USA). Research Areas He has conducted 5 clinical trials as a collaborative researcher, and one of them as a principal investigator. He has collaborated in 8 research projects, one of them as principal investigator. ACTIVITY As a teacher Professor contracted doctor in the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Navarra, accredited by the ANECA. Coordinator and professor of the subject Neurodegenerative Diseases of the Master Biomedical Research (specialty in Neuroscience and Cognition) and Clinical Practice II in the Medical Degree. As researcher He has participated in more than 60 communications in national and international congresses. He has published over 50 articles in national and international journals, and has collaborated on 19 book chapters.
Research Interest
Study of the diagnosis and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases with dementia (such as Alzheimer's disease or frontotemporal dementia) and with movement disorders (such as Parkinson's disease and atypical parkinsonism).
