Paloma Martín Moreno

Biography

    Graduated in Medicine from the University of Málaga (2002), she specialized in Nephrology at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra.   Doctor of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Navarra (2016).   He stayed in the Kidney Transplant Unit at Hospital Clinic in Barcelona and participated in the Live Kidney Preceptorship Program at the Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Göteborg.   Collaborator of the Nephrology Service of the University of Navarra Clinic. He develops his work in the Kidney Transplant Area as responsible for the live donor kidney transplant program. Research Areas Currently his area of ​​research, which is being object of his doctoral thesis, is iodinated contrast nephropathy and possible nephroprotection protocols. This research is funded by a FIS grant from the Instituto de Salud Carlos III.     ACTIVITY   As a teacher Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Navarra where she also collaborates in teaching tasks with first cycle students.   Professor of the subject of Pathophysiology in the Degree of Pharmacy and Nutrition of the University of Navarra.
