Biography
He holds a degree in Medicine from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a specialist in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reparative Surgery from the Clínica Universidad de Navarra. He has worked as a plastic surgeon in different public and private hospitals in the aesthetic and reconstructive field. He holds a PhD in Medicine from the University of Navarra (outstanding Cum Laude) and a physiotherapist from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Research Areas Implantable and filling materials, biomaterials. Breast prosthesis and its relation with capsular contracture. Physiology of facial aging. Axonal regeneration in the peripheral nervous system. Microsurgical repair of peripheral nerve. Inhibition of fibrogenesis in peripheral nerve coaptation. As a teacher Professor of anatomy, biomechanics and surgery at university centers nationwide. As researcher Author of numerous articles in national and international scientific magazines as well as chapters of books of the specialty. Participant as organizer, coordinator and moderator of activities and scientific meetings.

Breast aesthetic surgery (breast augmentation, reduction, mastopexy, congenital malformations, tuberous breast, breast asymmetry, treatment of gynecomastia, filling with autologous fat). Breast reconstructive surgery (partial and total reconstruction with prosthesis, autologous tissue, microsurgery). Aesthetic facial and body contour surgery (face lift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, otoplasty, abdominoplasty, brachioplasty, thigh lift, liposuction). Facial aesthetic medicine (botox, hyaluronic acid refill, facial remodeling without surgery). Surgery of melanoma, pigmented lesions and other skin tumors (basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma). Sentinel lymph node and lymphadenectomy Plastic and functional surgery of limbs and trunk (peripheral nerve, tendon transposition, rheumatic and traumatic hand, oncology). Head and neck oncology surgery (microsurgical repair).
