Biography
Graduate (1997) and Doctor (2003) in Medicine by the University of Navarra. He completed his specialty in Hematology at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra (1998-2002). In 2009 he spent a formative stay in the Amyloidosis Unit of the Policlinico San Matteo of the University of Pavia (Italy). Clinical Collaborator of the Hematology and Hemotherapy Service (2002-2014). Currently Consultant of said Service. Research Areas He has been a principal investigator in more than 10 clinical trials, in addition to many other own studies funded in calls for public research grants (FIS, Government of Navarre) as well as private investigations. As a teacher Professor Contracted Doctor in the Department of Hematology of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Navarra. Accredited as Professor of the University by ANECA in July 2013. Director of the Postgraduate Training Course on Thrombotic Pathology (CAPT @), organized by the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Navarra together with the Spanish Societies of Hematology and Hemotherapy (SEHH) and Thrombosis and Hemostasis (SETH). As researcher Author of more than 150 papers / communications in national congresses and 50 in international congresses. Author of more than 70 articles in national and international scientific journals. Author of 40 chapters of books.
