Biography
Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Navarra (1994). Specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the University of Navarra Clinic, 1998. PhD in Medicine from the University of Navarra, 2002. Completed his training in endocrinology and reproduction at the Hospital Sta. Chiara, Pisa, at the Policlinico Sta. Maria alle Scotte, Siena, Italy, and the Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, United States. He has won the title of Fertility Care Medical Consultant of Pope Paul VI Institute affiliated to Creighton University, Omaha, United States, for the study of human reproduction. Research Areas Influence of fat mass on gonadal function. Preservation of fertility in cancer patients. ACTIVITY As a teacher Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Navarra. Tutor of the formation of MIR in obstetrics and gynecology. As researcher She has participated as coauthor of a book on Human Nutrition. He has published more than 10 articles in international journals of the specialty.
Research Interest
In addition to general obstetrics and gynecology, her care activity focuses on gynecological endocrinology (amenorrhoea, menstrual disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome) and reproduction. Naprotechnology or NaProTechnology (Natural Procreative Technology) in the treatment of fertility, an alternative to artificial assisted reproduction techniques, with the help of the Creighton Model Fertility Care System
