Biography

Ph.D. Lecturer at the University of Antioquia, Medellín, Colombia; attached to the Faculty of Economic Sciences, professor of Public Administration and collaborator of the School of Government and Public Policies of Antioquia. PhD in Political Science and Sociology, Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Master in Administration of the EAFIT University of Medellín and Sociologist of the University of Antioquia. With Superior Studies of Public Administration of the National Institute of Public Administration of Spain - INAP- of Alcalá de Henares; studies of Municipal Administration and Urban Development of the Institute of Studies of Local Administration- IEAL- of Madrid and trainers of trainers in Social Management of INDES of the IDB.
